My friend and I really enjoyed our meal and the time it takes to go through the four course experience allowed us to have a great conversation. Great for a couple but I wouldn't recommend for a first date (too many options that you would need to agree on and way too long of a meal(2hrs for the 4 courses) especially if you don't like your date lol) our server was great and he was prompt on bringing the next course. It wasn't very busy being that we went right when they opened on a slow day, but I have heard you could be waiting quite a while if you go on a busy day because the waiter is attending to multiple tables and setting things up takes time. I paid $100 for 2 which I thought was a great deal because you get SO much food! Would definitely recommend!

Great service and friendly staff. Felt welcomed and the food was great. We will definitely tell friends and family to go there and enjoy the great food. I know I will come back especially to this location. Great job, keep it up!

Service was slow. Food portions were smaller than expected. Seasoning and sauces were tasty. Shrimps and meats were fresh. We're first seated in the main hallway where there was heavy traffic and noise on both sides. Requested to be moved and we're moved to a secluded corner. Showed voucher for a complimentary box of chocolate covered strawberries, server said that he will give after eating but never brought it.

The dessert was noteworthy, the assortment of tasty morsels left me wanting more chocolate and more sweets. I wish that there was more to choose from as far as the appetizers go and the portion size for the main dish was small and only filling because of the time it took to cook each piece of meat thoroughly without the use of a timer though one is needed.Overall the experience was good and I would go back but only for the dessert.

Our waiter was knowledgable and attentive to the best of his ability. It was New years eve so the restaurant was crowded and he had a lot of tables. The manager quickly remedied a minor complaint we had. The chocolate fondue was cold but again we attributed this to a busy evening. Overall it was a fun place to celebrate the New Year.

I've been to several different Melting Pots around the country and this is one of the best experiences from start to finish. We were early so we started at the bar and the bartender suggested a wine that we ended up getting a bottle of at the table. The host staff was very kind and gave us options when our table was ready. Our server was phenomenal. Just the perfect balance of making sure we were taken care of, attentive and having fun at the table while still allowing us the time to have dinner together. The manager stopped by 2 times and was very interested in making sure our experience was perfect. It being New Year's Eve a lot of restaurants tend to let guests fall through the cracks but tonight was not the case. We couldn't have asked for a better experience to end the year that was 2016.

We just moved here from Dallas where we have been dining at Simply Fondue restaurant for all special occasions and every Christmas Eve for years. Because it is always hard to change, we didn't think The Melting Pot would meet our high expectations - and boy were we wrong! Delicious fondue every course, great value, wonderful server. Only SLIGHT disappointment were the cocktails. Although well priced, they seemed weak. But that is nothing in the big picture. We had a great holiday meal - thank you Melting Pot Arlington!

The Melting Pot offers an uncommon experience with its relaxed, four-course dinner, of which three course are fondue. My wife and I have been to the Melting Pot in general many times and have been to the Arlington location twice before. This was our first trip there with our daughter since she got old enough to be aware of a trip.
The staff was courteous and friendly as always, accommodating even our late arrival without more than a passing delay, and the manager arranged for just to take the chocolate fondue with us so we could make an appointment that we might have otherwise missed. Our server was slightly less sharp than has been the case on prior visits, overlooking the possibility that we might want to order more drinks and making a mistake on one of the salads, but he was friendly and it didn't set back our evening or the great experience we had. We had the special Christmas menu on this visit, including cranberry cheddar with a cider base and white chocolate-pumpkin fondue for dessert, and it was all very good.
I highly recommend the Melting Pot for romantic dinners, time with friends, and even family dinners - but I will concede that the complex flavors of some of the sauces, salads, and cheese were not entirely to our six-year old's liking, and that the leisurely pace of the meal makes it harder to accommodate a young child than some other venues and types of dining. That said, the restaurant readily accommodates families, and your son or daughter's palate may differ from ours. Give it a try - and if he or she isn't quite old enough to appreciate it yet, you'll still have a lovely time.

I took my granddaughter here for a meal after the theatre and it was marvelous!!! Our server, Tasha, was marvelous!!! She was attentive without being overly so and she was so friendly!! The food was amazing and the atmosphere is phenomenal-just what we've come to expect from the Melting Pot!!

This was our second visit to this location. It was, like before, amazing!!!
We only got cheese and chocolate but it was perfect and exactly what my husband and I were needing for a date night. I loved that they validated our parking ticket! Our server (forgive me, I forgot his name) was very polite and made sure we were well off. Kept up with our waters and we didn't wait long between each pot of awesomeness! A must if you love fondue. It can get pricey but it's worth it to us!

Made 5:30pm reservation for a birthday dessert treat with my husband and 11 year old son. It was still happy hour, and we found out that the cheese fondue and chocolate fondue were both half price. Nice surprise to get both for my birthday instead of just the chocolate we planned for! Server, Eli, was very personable and the food and drinks were tasty. We enjoyed our family evening here!

We weren't really fans of this restaurant. We had never been and thought the kids would enjoy it after an afternoon theater show. We had a very nice and helpful server, but the ambiance and general experience was disappointing.

The server is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Several tables were celebrating birthdays and two tables were ladies getting together for holiday gift exchanges. The food was yummy. I've decided I prefer the alpine (traditional) cheese to the Wisconsin cheddar but it was still good. I got the salad with candied pecans and cranberries. It was the perfect size for got from the cheese course to the meat course. Loved the filet mignon and the gorgonzola sauce that goes well with it. The chicken was a little too highly seasoned for a sauce. Love the chocolate fondue ending to the 4 course dinner. Added on the extra (cheesecake, raspberries, gaufrettes) but ask what the cheesecake selection is that night. You may not like it. Really plain cheesecake tastes AWESOME dipped in milk chocolate. A little liqueur added to the chocolate is great. We added Bailey's.

For our anniversary, my husband and I visited for the first time. We were placed in a secluded booth which was nice consideration; however, the booth was next to an egress door with random chairs by the door. Nice music was playing in the background and the manager came over and checked on us a multiple times.
The experience was an overall great one and I would highly recommend it for dates and anniversaries. Food was great and the interactive cooking was definitely something we had not done before.
A bit on the pricey side but we lucked up and ended up going on ladies night. I was able to select from this $27 menu and my husband picked off of the regular menu.
I would definitely go again!

The food was awesome but our waitress was way too quick. We could not enjoy our dinner like other times. She quickly brought the next course without even asking if we were ready, she talked fast and she did not let us know that there will be an extra charge if we order more food items.

There really aren't enough superlatives to write about the Arlington Melting Pot. The managing staff is so thoughtful and impeccable. Bryan made sure everything about my 30th birthday dinner with my husband was fantastic. After we were sat, a table was sat behind our booth and they were very noisy and disruptive. Bryan asked if we wanted to be moved to a quieter table, and we did not even mention to our server that we were bothered by the other table. The food was out of this world, I love the 4 course dining experience from Melting Pot. I love the cheese course, the salad is great, the entre is always gorgeous and delicious, and don't even get me started on how amazing the chocolate dessert fondue tastes! Our waiter Allen was very polite and charming. He helped provide the relaxing and enjoyable meal, he was attentive and we did not feel rushed. I have had about 28 bad birthdays (my parents forgot my birthday pretty often; me being a middle child and Christmas shopping for the rest of the family; I've gotten stomach flu several years on my birthday- when I was school age November- December was the prime season for stomach flu) and I'm only 30, so this was exactly perfect to start off a new decade in life!

Booked this restaurant for my daughter's birthday and they were running a special on the entrees (all-you-can-eat). Though the meal was still pricey, it was delicious! Would not be someplace we go to often, but definitely for special occasions.

Jeff, our server, was OUTSTANDING!! His knowledge of the restaurant, menu items, ability to make changes/recommendations to suit our needs, and overall attitude was FABULOUS. We visited another Melting Pot location recently and had written off going again because it was not a pleasant experience. The Arlington location, due to Jeff's service, will be the one we visit again when we want to come to The Melting Pot. Kudos to Jeff for making our evening (celebrating a family birthday with 9 people, including 4 active kids!) memorable.

We were seated promptly but waited quite a long time for anyone to come to our table. We thought they forgot about us and we were correct. When a waitress finally arrived she apologized and told us that she just received our table ticket. Then the manager came over and apologized but never offered us anything (a dessert, drink, something!). After that the service was good until the end of the entree course when our waitress disappeared. I had to ask a woman sweeping up the floors (they were very dirty) to get our waitress because we wanted dessert. The food was okay...meat had some fat and gristle on it and the chunks were huge. With only one knife per person, I had to cut the raw meat because it wouldn't cook through being so large, then wipe the knife so I could cut the cooked meat. Since the concept itself is fun, we enjoyed our time talking and hanging out in spite of the poor service. If you want fondue, go but keep your expectations low so you won't be disappointed.

The server was very inattentive. It was at least 15 minutes after our food was served that the server even came by to check on us. By that time most in the party were in need of drink refills. The service was also incredibly slow. Additionally items that the waiter offered and we requested be brought to the table, such as additional sauces, were not brought until we asked for them a second time. This Melting Pot experience was the worst I had ever experienced and was certainly not up to their normal standard.

I always enjoy the food at the melting pot. Myself and my wife always go here for our anniversary. The one thing i do not like is that you do not get asked if you would like a private area unless you buy a package from them. We were seated in the bar area. It was noisy and busy. This was our 8 year anniversary and was far from romantic.
Not everyone has the money to splurge on the packages on top of the high prices you pay for your meal. There should be an option when making your reservation that you could choose a more private area. The bar area should be reserved for larger parties that are going to be more noisy.
The food was good but the ambiance left much to be desired.

The melting Pot is a favorite place of our for something different. Fondue is something we like to do once or twice a year. The whole meal was great but the cheddar cheese and the chocolate fondues were especially outstanding
