The food was good, but the restaurant was super hot. The waiter said there was some problems with the building's AC. With stoves on the table and AC not working appropriately, it was more than a little uncomfortable.

Great food and great experience. The only negative was the A/C wasn't high enough so it gets pretty toasty in there with all the table burners. I was told this location has AC issues by the waitress.

Wonderful fondue. Loved the Bacon and Brie. The salads could be refreshed and be more of the unexpected. The portions were just right.

We went here for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were sat in a very intimate table for 2 in a back room. We had one of their specials - Wine Country Tour, with a wine paired with each of 4 courses. Food is wonderful! We highly recommend the Melting Pot!

It was a great experience. However, I would have liked a little more food for the price. Perhaps the salad could be a little larger.

Great option for a special occasion especially if you're not in a rush and like to have a good conversation without feeling as though you're being rushed out the door. Food was flavorful and delicious.

Had a Groupon with three courses - a lot of food. Wait staff excellent, attentive, professional, and helpful. Fun to cook the fondue at table and mix and match sauces.

When we arrived at 8:45 for a 9:15 reservation they said "No problem! Give us 1-3 minutes to get a table set up!" They did not seat us until 9:10. It wasn't crowded and seemed like they forgot about us. Very annoying. Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious. I brought my 8 year old daughter and her bff for dessert at the end of a girls night. They thought it was fantastic!!

Another home run at the Melting Pot. We had the Wisconsin Cheddar fondue, house salads, and "pick three" for the main course with oil- Teriyaki steak, Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna, and Honey Duck for me; teriyaki steak, shrimp, and chicken for my wife. The star, as usual, are the fried mushrooms - we fill mushroom caps with green goddess, batter them, and fry them in the fondue pot. The rest of the food was great, too, though neither of us care for the broccoli or sweet potatoes.

On this visit, the service was great. The manager stopped by to check on things , and other passing staff helped out, but the waiter was on top of everything.

Fondues are good but A/C sorely lacking. With a steaming fondue pot on every table in the restaurant, the temperature climbs quickly. You would think the restaurant would crank up the A/C a bit, but no, I was too hot the entire time. Great service from Destiny.

Everything was great. But very hot at our table with the pots we used to cook the food. We all were sweating.

The Melting Pot has always been a great experience for us - my kids (5 and 8) love the idea of cooking their food at the table. The quality of food is great and the service is wonderful.

Lovin' the fondue! Took the family out to celebrate a special occasion, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed - the vegetarian, the picky-eater kid, and the fondue skeptic included. Service was great, food was fresh, and the fondue choices were out of this world! Would recommend and return in a heartbeat.

This was our first time at the melting pot and we truly enjoyed every bit of our experience. The food was great and we had the "build your own" entree. Only thing i didn't like was that I only received 2 scallops. If you're a pescatarian like i am, I would suggest the salmon.

The only negative that all six of us found is that the temperature in the restaurant was too warm. We understand that the cooking tablas emanate heat, but the ac should be set so it counteracts the heat.

The food is great here - if you enjoy cooking your own! Which we do and we celebrated our engagement anniversary here. I've been here several times so I knew that the decor was outdated and the ambiance was just OKAY, but it's so fun and the fondue is great! I really wish the owners would update the decor and make it better.

As always this place was amazing. The house-made ravioli was probably the best part of the entree. The cheese and chocolate fondues were delicious.

I had never been to a fondue restaurant before this one. It was excellent. I got a great deal from Groupon and would definitely go again. The waiter patiently explained everything to myself and my fiancee. The cheese was excellent, along with all the different foods that were brought to be dipped in either the cheese or the broth. The sauces provided with the entrees created a very delicious complexity of flavor that I enjoyed. Place is a little pricey, but not sure if that's just how it is for fondue places or not, either way, I'd like to eat here again, and I'm sure my fiancee would too.

While the restaurant itself can use a bit of refresh of the decor and the new plastic card menu leaves one wondering how they're paying as much as they are, the service is consistently decent, the food yummy, and the experience fun overall.
