We had a great night, it’s was girls night out. First diners for all of us, our server was great. The only complaint I had was I did tell my server I had order my chocolate covered strawberries when I made the reservation she said no problem she would bring them out at the end and I did not receive them. That was a little disappointing once I got home and realized I didn’t receive them.
Johnathan was our server and he was fantastic! My boyfriend and I️ went for the service industry special they were having, and the whole experience was impeccable. I would highly recommend for a date night.
Our server was great. The food was delicious, but wait times were very long and they put us in a room with a party of approximately 10 3-5 year olds. When we asked if we could be moved we were told that the other available tables were being held for reservations. We also had reservations so that was less than satisfactory.
This was our first visit to this Melting Pot location. We had previously dined at the Indianapolis venue. In comparison, our service in Arlington was much more attentive than we are used to. The food came out in a timely fashion and our server was on point. The manager filled in the gaps when our server picked up a table of 15 teenage girls.
The noise level was unusually high due to the girls and another large group but still tolerable. The food is always good, and this was no disappointment. We typically think the portions are small, but always leave very full!
Night out with family and shared 2 entrees which was perfect for a family of 4!
Our experience at melting pot seems to have gotten better and better over the years. The service received his top shelf and the spacious area we were seated was fantastic for the special occasion. I do recommend asking for the same location located near the side door. We arrive with great into the patient hoping for great service and we left feeling like Special guests on a red carpet event. The entire experience is just phenomenal and highly recommended.
Always a fun time, and plenty of time to talk between fondue bites.
Food was very mediocre but the dessert was great! Definitely will come back for dessert :)
Really really nice waiter with good conversation and an EXCELLENT menu. Was more than willing To accommodate all of my special requests on the menu and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Great, cute place for date night I’ve been coming here for years and I will keep coming here for years. (:
Excellent establishment. The waitress was very helpful, informative, and extremely kind. My wife loved the place and will definitely make another trip out there. We had a wonderful Valentine experience. I highly recommend the "Big Night Out" meal.
Gluten free options have recently become very important for us, and Melting Pot was very accommodating, The food, as usual, was excellent, and the server, Steven, was great. The salad was very tasty, but could be a tad bigger. The three fondue dinner (Cheese appetizer, wine-infused broth, and chocolate dessert) provides the variety of tastes to keep our interests. The ingredients are very good, so goodness in every bite. This is a leisurely dinner, and taking your time, is part of the fun. Always sad, when the last piece of steak and lobster is gone.
Great time!!! Can’t wait to come again!!!
Overall good experience and good menu. My only complaint is that we were seated 25 minutes after our reservation and service seemed a little slow even though they weren’t incredibly busy. Would still recommended.
Great experience, highly recommended.
Our waiter was great and informative. Two of us had been previous and one lady had not. He share with us great info and helped our friend. Thank you Steven!
The table next to ours the patrons kept saying very foul language. Using the F* Y* very loudly. The manager walked up to serve food while the patron was yelling F* Y* and he said nothing to the patron I Was shocked. The Manager was white with a long ponytail I do not remember his name. The meat had NO TASTE but the cheese and chocolate was awesome
This was a good place for a birthday celebration but when I was on open table I selected it was for my wifes birthday and to get Balloons and a photo, somehow that was not translated from open table to them. When I used the restroom (which was extremely weird) I asked the Host/hostess and they said sometimes it doesnt get coordinated from open table to them. I saw that they had roses "available" so I asked them for 3 of them i think it would be $15 or so. They never showed up, but at the end of the meal we got the balloons/chocolates and they never charged us the $13 for them. So I guess you would call that good customer service? Not quite sure.
My Fiancé and I had a good time together and the food was yummy. Our waitress took quite bit of time to make it to our table and she rarely checked on us but we understood that she must have been busy. Also, My fiancé and I were so confused about how to order, being that it was out first time there. We eventually went on google and that is when we better understood. Lastly The people sitting beside us were pretty loud. Overall my time at the Melting Pot was alright, but there were a few things that could've been better to make our experience great. To end this I would like to say my fiancé and I are understanding people and we know that it was busy and that the table beside us were just having some fun.
Our server was excellent. She explained everything well.
We always attend this location for restaurant week and wedding anniversary. Our waitress this time, was a little slow. I am assuming it was due to her helping with a large party in another section. The food as always was amazing. I also loved that they put us in a quiet nook with only another table for two.
