Nice intimate atmosphere. Good was pretty good, took longer than usual but was due to a slight mix up.

Yummy food and excellent service. It is a little too pricey for a regular night out but great for special occasions. Don't feel like you have to do the 4 course meal either. We shared two entrees for 3 people and it was more than enough since we had the cheese course to start. Of course we saved room for chocolate too!

Wonderful early Sunday dinner!! We got there right at 4pm and had a wonderful dinner of a cheese fondue and an entree of filet mignon in a lovely broth. The service was wonderful and the food was great. Everything was timed perfectly and the house wine was a treat and went great with the filet entree. The location is quite out of the way for us, but the food and service were worth the trip. We'll be back for a special occasion in the future!

Love the food and service. Good music in the background too. Fun choice of veggies including sweet potatoes which were great with the curry sauce.

The manager made us feel so welcome! And our server Anthony made our date fun. Those two made the experiences very special.

We were celebrating our 3 yr anniversary and decided to do the couples 4 course deal. The service was horrible! Took us an hour just to get the first course. Took way too long on drinks. 20-25 minutes because the bar was "busy" I honestly think our waiter forgot to put the order the second time. The whole thing took about 3 hours. We left disappointed and slightly angered that our special occasion was spent at this place.

I've been to a couple different Melting Pot locations before, but this was my first time at the Arlington location. It didn't disappoint! Food is always consistently delicious and the whole fondue experience is just super fun. I've done it with a party of eight (including 3 kids) and it was a ton of fun. This time, it was a cozy birthday dinner for two and was just perfect. We had a super quiet booth in the corner and felt totally secluded and out of the way... was just great! The interior could do with a refresh, but that's the only improvement area. We'll definitely be back again.

For our first course, we got no plates to eat. Had to eat our fondue straight from the pot. How does that work out? After we had our chocolate fondue, our server got us the check right away, didn't even ask if we would like to order something else. It was a terrible experience and like everyone else said, it's overpriced. Will not return!

We booked our table at 9pm and walked in restaurant around 815 pm. Of course we had to wait for our turn. Around 840pm there were people leaving and there should be an open table. The staff could have called us and sit us. It was 9pm and still...no one called my name. We needed to wait until 905pm and ran out of patience and asked when it was our turn. They didn't even apologize and just took us to the table. The waiters were nice but not the staff at front. Food was good until the Hearty Europe cooking style. We didn't see the point of frying everything in batter. Oh well first time. We ll try another location at another time.

We were able to enjoy dinner there thanks to a Groupon find. Our server, Carlos, was awesome and the other staff were great as well. We loved that we didn't have to rush once it got close to closing. Definitely must go on an empty stomach! Unfortunately we got full and weren't able to enjoy the fourth course which is my favorite CHOCOLATE. :)

Although the staff was cordial and professional, and the ambience appealing, the prices were higher than expected for cheese fondue, meat slices, and chocolate dip. My guest and I were charged around $50 each, not including drinks or tip. If you are not accustomed to seasoning and cooking your own meals, you will find the experience of eating at this restaurant a bit daunting and not particularly pleasing to the palette.

I normally go to the Fredericksburg Melting Pot, but decided to come to this one because i wanted a more intimate setting for a special occasion with my friend, and I was NOT pleased. The cheese fondue was very watery and not thick at all. It was the worst cheese fondue I had ever had at a melting pot establishment. Secondly, my waiter was quite frequently in my business, I enjoy light conversation with the server from time to time, but it was very suffocating how involved he was in our conversation. Normally I love the friendly service from the waiters at Fredericksburg but this was very unnerving. Thirdly, the noise level was absurd, I was having normal-quite conversation with my friend and I couldn't even hear her and we were so close! I will definitely not be coming back to the Arlington melting pot again.

The experience would have been fun if we were explained on how everything works, it was our first time there. We ordered a bottle of champagne and it took forever to get to our table plus it was warm. The music was too slow, we became tired, as we also waited for explanations and got bored.

Had cozy booth for our Valentine's Day dinner. Wine selection paired nicely with the assortment of courses. Portions did not overwhelm and by the second course we found a way to navigate the pot of fondue. Good date night option when you want some quiet time and not to feel rushed

I was at the Melting Pot in Arlington last week on Thursday for their monthly girls night special. I was there with some friends and while most of us have been to the Melting Pot before, the service we received was very abnormal. The other occassions I have gone to the Melting Pot, my husband and I have always had simply amazing service. This visit, maybe because of the girl night special, was very different. The waitress we had seemed to disappear for long segments, so we spent a lot of our time waiting for our waitress to return. I also seemed as though we were not being listened too. For instance, our waitress asked if we would like to order our salads while deciding on the cheese fondu which we started to order, but she turned and walked away and didn't return for close to ten to fifteen minutes later. I know that we added an extra cheese to our order, but there was a group of ladies next to us who started almost 45 minutes after us, but we ended at the same time. It was becoming frustrating waiting so long for our waitress all the time. I do have to say, the food was very good and the speciality drinks that night were delicious.

Excellent food and service as always. Although, it appears as though there is less entrée portions and more vegetables now. I liked the chocolate fondue better when it included cheesecake as dippers and I didn't have to pay extra to get it.

Our group enjoyed the unique interactive style of this restaurant. It was a comfortable setting and the staff was very good. Other parties had young children and it was a bit distracting. I would not recommend this restaurant for young children, their noise level was too much and it may not be ideal for them with hot surfaces embedded in the tables. The Melting Pot food and atmosphere otherwise were great!
