One of us had Arctic Char wood grilled and the other sea bass baked. Both were perfectly done and a treat. The sides were also just right. If you want breaded crustaceans or other breaded things from the sea the place is OK but not as elegantly cooked as fish. Breaded anything cooked in boiling oil is pretty much the same anywhere as far as I am concerned.
