OpenTable members can earn Dining Rewards Points for online reservation they make and honor. Points are redeemable for OpenTable Dining Cheques which can be used at any OpenTable restaurant.

How can I earn Dining Rewards Points?
Simply join OpenTable (it’s free) to create an account. When you make and honor online reservations initiated at www.opentable.com, points are automatically awarded to your account. (Please note that OpenTable reservations initiated from other websites are not necessarily eligible for points rewards.)

Your points will be awarded once the reservation is completed. No points will be awarded for cancelations or no-shows. Please allow up to 7 days after dining for points to appear in your account. Note that if you call the restaurant to change an online reservation, that reservation may no longer qualify for Dining Rewards Points. See the OpenTable Dining Rewards Terms and Conditions for details.

Please note that Bonus Points apply only to specific reservation times, and do not apply to all holidays or in conjunction with other offers or promotions. Two or more people must be seated, and each person must order a minimum of one entrée. If you change your reservation or arrive outside of the stated qualifying Bonus Point Reservations schedule, your reservation may no longer qualify for 1,000 Points.

How many points can I earn?
Standard reservations earn 100 Dining Reward Points each. You can earn Bonus Points for reservations at select restaurants and times. Look for "1,000-point" reservations to accumulate dining rewards fast.

Where can I find my current points balance?
Your Dining Points total is displayed on your OpenTable webpage and "My Profile" page when you log in. A message will alert you once you’ve accumulated enough points to redeem for a Dining Cheque.

How many points do I need to earn a Dining Cheque?
You can redeem Dining Reward Points for OpenTable Dining Cheques which can be used at any OpenTable restaurant nationwide. You need a minimum of 2,000 points redeem a Dining Cheque. Dining Cheques are issued in three denominations, with the following points values:
    United States:
    2,000 OpenTable Points = $20 OpenTable Dining Cheque
    5,000 OpenTable Points = $50 OpenTable Dining Cheque
    10,000 OpenTable Points = $100 OpenTable Dining Cheque

     Canada
    Redeem 2,000 points and get a $26 OpenTable Dining Cheque
    Redeem 5,000 points and get a $65 OpenTable Dining Cheque
    Redeem 10,000 points and get a $130 OpenTable Dining Cheque

     United Kingdom
    Redeem 2,000 points and get a £15 OpenTable Dining Cheque
    Redeem 5,000 points and get a £37.50 OpenTable Dining Cheque
    Redeem 10,000 points and get a £75 OpenTable Dining Cheque


How do I redeem my points?
When you’ve earned enough points to exchange for a Dining Cheque, the option to "Redeem Points" will appear on your "My Profile" page when you log in. Simply click "Redeem Points" to place your order.

Most DiningCheque requests are processed in fewer than 3 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. For security reasons, Dining Cheques are sent in plain, white envelopes, so watch your mail to ensure yours isn’t accidentally discarded. Please note that OpenTable Dining Cheques expire 180 days after date of issue.

Do dining reward points expire?
Yes, dining points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 months. If you do not make and honor a reservation within this timeframe, your points will expire. You can view all point activity, including expiration on your "My Profile" page.
